– „Implementing CCPM based on the existing SAP System at Haver & Boecker: Enhancing Project Efficiency“
Since 2014, Haver & Boecker's project coordination team has been responsible for creating, monitoring and coordinating schedules for machines and modifications to ensure on-time deliveries. To improve project planning and transparency, Milliarum CCPM software was selected and implemented due to its advanced features and seamless SAP integration, resulting in more efficient project execution, reduced lead times and increased organizational transparency.
